At Price Direct, we are committed to providing fast, reliable, and affordable delivery services to our customers across Thunder Bay and Northwestern Ontario. As a locally operated supplier serving businesses since 2015, we work hard to ensure your products arrive safely and on time.
1. Delivery Areas
We proudly deliver to:
Thunder Bay (city and surrounding areas)
Businesses throughout Northwestern Ontario, including regional communities and remote locations (where service is available)

2. Delivery Timelines
2.1 Local Deliveries (Thunder Bay Area)
Standard delivery: 1–3 business days
Same-day delivery may be available for in-stock items (contact us for availability)
2.2 Regional Deliveries (Northwestern Ontario)
Delivery times vary depending on location, weather conditions, and carrier availability. Typical delivery is 3–10 business days.
3. Order Processing Times
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
Orders placed after business hours will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is received and another once it has shipped.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees depend on:

Carrier rates
Special delivery instructions (if any)
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout or provided on your invoice.
5. Local Pickup
Customers in the Thunder Bay area may choose local pickup.
Pickup location: 334 Cumberland St N, Thunder Bay, ON P7A 4P2
Pickup hours: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
We will notify you when your order is ready.
6. Freight & Bulk Orders
For large, palletized, or bulk commercial orders:
We may use freight carriers or specialized transport services.
Delivery appointment scheduling may be required.
Additional handling time may apply.
Please contact us for custom quotes on bulk orders/deliveries.
7. Delivery Requirements
To ensure successful delivery:
A business representative must be available to receive the order.
Please ensure access for delivery vehicles.
Any special instructions should be provided during checkout or through customer service.
If a delivery attempt fails due to inaccessible location or absence of a receiver, re-delivery fees may apply.
8. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged or incorrect products:

Include photos of the damaged items and packaging (if applicable)
We will work quickly to resolve the issue through replacements, credits, or refunds depending on the situation.
9. Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship:
Hazardous materials without proper certification
Items prohibited by regional or national carriers
Products outside of Canada (unless arranged on a case-by-case basis)
